Product Overview 

P40 Plastic Mould Steel is a high-performance, pre-hardened chrome-moly alloy steel specifically engineered for the most demanding plastic injection molding applications. Delivered in a quenched and tempered condition (typically 38-42 HRC), P40 Plastic Mould Steel offers higher hardness and superior wear resistance compared to standard P20 Plastic Mould Steel grades. It is designed to provide excellent structural integrity and surface finish for medium-to-large moulds, ensuring a significantly longer production life and reduced maintenance costs for high-volume manufacturing.
