1.2311 Plastic Mold Steel is a high-quality pre-hardened plastic mould steel, typically supplied in the quenched and tempered condition (280-325 HB). It is renowned for its excellent machinability and uniform hardness even in large sections. As a versatile P20 grade, it provides superior surface finish and dimensional stability, making it the industry standard for medium-sized plastic injection molds.

(2)Hot Forged,black surface or milled surface
2 sides bandsaw cutting/4 sides bandsaw cutting or according to clients special cutting requirements
