Product Overview
P20 Plastic Mold Steel is a versatile, high-quality pre-hardened plastic mould steel characterized by its excellent machinability and uniform hardness. Supplied in the quenched and tempered condition (typically 28-34 HRC), P20 plastic mold steel eliminates the risk of heat treatment distortion and cracking, significantly shortening the tool-making cycle. It is the industry standard for medium-sized injection moulds, die frames, and zinc die-casting tools where a balance of toughness and surface finish is required.
