CK45 is a high-quality medium-carbon steel grade, offering a balanced combination of strength, toughness, and wear resistance. It is supplied in a variety of states, including hot-rolled, normalized, or quenched and tempered to meet your specific project requirements.

1. CK45 steel plate Chemical Composition:
  C=0.42~0.50, Si=0.17~0.37, Mn=0.60~0.9,P≤0.035,S≤0.035,Cr≤0.25,Ni≤0.25                 

2. CK45 steel plate Delivery condition:
    Hot rolled,black/Milled surface
    Annealing hardness: HBS<=229
    as original edge/2 sides cut by bandsaw/4 sides cut by bandsaw

4. Technical Data: According to the customer's requirement of Chemical Composition, Physical Properties and Mechanical Testing
 

5. Inspection: Ultrasonic test according to SEP 1921-84 Gr3, Class C/c or D/d
 

6. Payment terms:TT or LC at sight or UPAS LC


7. Delivery time: 3-15 days after advanced payment or confirm the LC (ready stock)
                            20-60days after advanced payment or confirm the LC (New production order)
